1 Almighty Father, covenant God,
we praise your love so freely given;
forgiveness through the blood of Christ
that names us in the book of heaven.
2 We are engrafted into Christ.
You help us live our lives for him.
Your covenant, sealed to us, confirms
adoption through the threefold name.
3 We now present our children, Lord,
as your own lambs for your embrace.
Bind lives and hearts to live for you
a life of service and of praise.
4 They are the seed of Abraham:
in early days keep them secure.
As water seals the promise now,
bless them with faith that shall endure.
5 To God the Father, God the Son,
and God the Spirit, Three in One,
praise, honor, might, and glory be
from age to age, eternally.
