Only through faith can our hearts be made pure.
Only through faith is our hope made secure:
Faith in God's promises, faith in God's Son,
faith in the cross where redemption is won.
Only by grace are we wrapped in God's love;
Undeserved favor from heaven above.
Only in grace did God send us His own;
Word became flesh that God's love be made known.
Only the Word can our weary souls feed.
God's Word provides us with all that we need.
Daily we're strengthened, uplifted, sustained.
All things will pass, but the Word shall remain.
Forward in faith shall our motto now be:
Death to all death by that life-giving tree!
Let us lift high our bold anthems of praise,
fed by faith's wellspring through all of our days.
